Integrity Report
ENSIGN Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. regards the partner as a business partner, regards integrity as the most important prerequisite for cooperation between the two parties, strives to achieve a win-win situation with it, and strives to create a fair, just, simple and transparent cooperation environment. The following terms must be observed:
1. ENSIGN employees are not allowed to accept or ask for gifts and gifts from the other party;
2. It is not allowed to accept banquets, entertainment and consumption activities arranged by partners without permission;
3. ENSIGN employees shall not have any private business relationship with the partner or borrow money or cars from the partner;
4, shall not accept or require the partner to provide personal concessions or facilities for themselves or specific personnel;
5. The partner shall not privately provide the above-mentioned personal needs or conveniences for ENSIGN employees;
6. If the above terms are violated, the labor contract shall be terminated for ENSIGN employees, and severe measures such as suspending all payments and deducting liquidated damages shall be taken to the partners until the cooperative relationship is terminated; if the circumstances are serious and the nature is bad, it shall be sent to the judicial organ and severely punished in accordance with the law.
★In case of corruption such as bribe-seeking and deliberately making things difficult for ENSIGN personnel, the personnel of the partner shall immediately report it in the following ways to obtain the support of Yingxuan Company. ENSIGN promises to reply within 7 days after receiving the report information.
Real Name Priority Policy
We encourage the use of their real names for real-name reporting, give priority to real-name reporting and timely feedback on the acceptance and notification of the results.
Reporting Confidentiality Policy
Strict confidentiality of the informant's information is our most basic duty, and requires the investigated unit and the informant not to retaliate against the informant. Once discovered, it will be dealt with seriously.

Regardless of internal employees or external personnel, once verified, we will give material rewards to whistleblowers and keep them strictly confidential according to the nature of the incident, the degree of influence and the cooperation of the whistleblower.
