1.Reinforced wide-view mast
The mast has been optimized and upgraded, with pipelines arranged on both sides towards the rear, providing a broader central view.
2.Internal combustion forklift body
Adopting an internal combustion forklift body, the structure is sturdy, the overload capacity is strong, and the operation is smoother; High ground clearance for better off-road performance.
3.LED lamps
The entire vehicle is equipped with LED lights, which provide brighter, wider, and more economical illumination, making nighttime operations safer; Reverse armrest (with horn button) and reversing alarm are designed for dual-level safety.
4.Mast Buffering
The lift cylinder is equipped with a buffer valve as standard. When the shelf is lowered to the ground, it automatically slows down without any jerky feeling, protecting the goods and improving the comfort of operation.
5.Rain Test
The integrated sealing design for the motor, battery, and electronic control systems meets IP54 dustproof and waterproof standards, making it suitable for use in harsh conditions such as cold storage, heavy rain, and waterlogged roads.

7.OPS for electric forklift : Seat switch  + OPS power-off protection + neutral position protection
Seat switch function :equipped with sensing function, automatic power-off when leaving the seat, cutting off the lifting/tilting/hydraulic action function and walking function of the door frame, avoiding any harm caused by misoperation, and making driving safer. 
OPS function of the multi way valve: ensures the safety of the operator by operating the handle and door frame without lowering when the seat is removed or the power is cut off.
Neutral position protection : when the vehicle restarts or the seat switch is closed again, avoid the joystick not being in the center position, which may cause the door frame to move and endanger safety. 

8.Three-level intelligent fault protection 
Level 1: Interface alarm, minor malfunction, can work; 
Level 2: Down high voltage, limited speed, general malfunction, prohibited vehicle operation;
Level 3: The whole machine cannot be driven, serious malfunction, and vehicle operation is prohibited.

9.Integrated power control system
The controller, motor, and gearbox are compactly designed, offering small size, low noise, stable performance, and easy maintenance. The high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor paired with a high-ratio reduction gearbox delivers high torque and fast lifting and driving speeds, easily handling long-distance and steep-slope transport. 
10.Power type lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery（High voltage） 
The charging and discharging speed is faster and the operating efficiency is higher; the operating current is small, the energy consumption is low, the battery cell attenuation rate is slow, the battery stability and durability are better, the cycle number is up to 4000 times, and the battery life is longer. 
11.Intelligent Controller
The power battery, motor, electrical components, etc. are monitored in the cloud through the CAN bus. In the event of leakage, short circuit, under voltage and other faults, the vehicle's related actions are restricted and the fault alarm is issued through the display screen, ensuring safe and reliable driving. 
12.LCD Display
Intelligent display on the dashboard: fault codes, motion modes, various action indicators, motion parameters, etc., can provide intuitive feedback to the driver, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
