From January 6 to 9, 2017, the 2017 Business Annual Conference of Ensign Heavy Industry was held with great success under the theme “Working Together for a Brilliant Future.” Attending the conference were numerous senior executives from Ensign Holding Group, including Li Shiyong, Chairman of Ensign Holding Group; Yan Xiuzhu, Executive Deputy General Manager of Ensign Heavy Industry; Ding Guohua, CFO of Ensign Group; Zhao Yanzong, Chief Engineer of Ensign Heavy Industry; and relevant leaders from the marketing company. Over 200 people—including all members of Ensign Heavy Industry’s marketing team and distributors from across the country—gathered together to celebrate their achievements, look forward to the future, and jointly discuss the development plans for 2017.
The conference was chaired by He Keyong, Deputy General Manager of the marketing company. At the meeting, Li Shiyong, Chairman of Ensign Group, delivered an important speech. In his report, Chairman Li outlined Ensign Heavy Industry’s overall development trends in 2016 and provided an insightful analysis of current development trends in the construction machinery industry.
Mr. Li stated that Ensign Heavy Industry joined the construction machinery industry during its golden age and has since grown steadily through periods of industry downturn. Over the past five years, the company has not only achieved remarkable success in corporate culture development and corporate management but has also made significant breakthroughs in product R&D and manufacturing, as well as experienced steady progress in building marketing channels. Currently, as the national economy enters a “new normal,” the overall industrial landscape is characterized by slow yet steady growth. The construction machinery industry will therefore face both new opportunities and fresh challenges. To seize these opportunities and enable Ensign Heavy Industry to achieve even greater long-term development, concerted efforts from both the company and all its distributors are essential. Mr. Li urged all distributors to remain confident, clearly understand the industry’s current situation, closely follow market changes, seize opportunities, and work diligently and pragmatically. At the same time, they should strengthen cooperation with Ensign Heavy Industry to achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes for both parties.
At this year’s business annual meeting, Mr. Wu, the general head of the marketing company, delivered a marketing work report and chaired special lectures on “The Next Decade for China’s Construction Machinery Industry” and “Product Knowledge Training and Sales Skills Training for the 2017 Marketing Annual Meeting.” Mr. He Keyong, Deputy General Manager of the marketing company, presented a keynote report titled “Improvements and Adjustments to Business Policies in 2017.” Meanwhile, the conference honored and rewarded outstanding distributors from 2016, and representatives from the winning distributors delivered exemplary speeches.
During the meeting, company representatives engaged in comprehensive learning and discussions with distributors on topics including financial knowledge, financial literacy, and business communication. They also held interactive exchanges and consultations to address challenges arising from industry changes in the current situation, thereby strengthening distributors’ market judgment and their ability to respond effectively.
Finally, the business annual conference came to a successful close with a thank-you gala hosted by Ensign Heavy Industry. The wonderful performances and lucky draw at the gala brought the atmosphere to a fever pitch, as Ensign employees from all over the country came together to enjoy an unforgettable and delightful evening.
