During the welfare product selection phase, members of the welfare product selection team adhered to the principles of “practicality, thoughtfulness, and suitability,” carefully screening a diverse list of welfare items—such as rice, flour, cooking oil, ham gift boxes, and New Year lucky stickers—based on the daily needs of elderly family members. These selections not only take into account everyday practicality but also infuse the festive spirit of the New Year, truly allowing family members to feel the warmth and thoughtful care provided.

Once all supplies were in place, the packing of welfare packages proceeded smoothly and in an orderly manner. During the packing process, staff carefully arranged each item of welfare in an organized fashion and included a letter of condolence addressed to employees’ families. At each household, the visiting teams sat down face-to-face with family members, engaging in warm and sincere conversations, patiently listening to their concerns and heartfelt thoughts. They expressed gratitude for the families’ long-term understanding, support, and tolerance of their loved ones’ work, and reminded the elderly to stay warm during winter and take good care of their health.
