　　On November 22, bauma China—the event that has been absent for two years—will be held grandly in Shanghai! I still vividly recall that two years ago, at the highly acclaimed bauma China 2014, the most prestigious trade show in the construction machinery industry, Ensign Heavy Industry showcased a lineup of eight wheel loaders, including the YX620, YX635, YX636, YX638, YX655, YX656, YX656V, and YX667. At that time, we also held a grand launch event for the new YX656V variable-displacement wheel loader, introducing a fresh concept of green construction machinery.

　　Tomorrow, Ensign Heavy Industry will once again showcase its R&D and technological achievements, presenting a wide range of loader models—including the 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 series—at this year’s Shanghai Bauma Exhibition. Among them, the newly launched H-series loaders, which have been selling exceptionally well recently, will be Ensign Heavy Industry’s star attraction at this exhibition.

　　The new-generation H-series loaders are a brand-new product launched by Ensign Heavy Industry in response to the nation’s call and fully compliant with China’s Stage III emission standards. Developed over two years by Ensign Heavy Industry’s R&D team, these loaders have been custom-designed for three different types of operating conditions—light, medium, and heavy—and boast top-notch performance levels domestically in all aspects. Among them, the 50-ton series loaders have become the most popular among users. In particular, the YX655H and YX656H models stand out: both are equipped with low-speed electronically controlled Stage III emission engines, and through the rational matching of their transmission systems, they have significantly enhanced power performance. As a result, during typical operating conditions, the entire machine operates within the diesel engine’s low-fuel-consumption range. Moreover, their configuration and performance perfectly exemplify the advantages of Ensign ’s new-generation loaders.

　　As a highly efficient and lightweight loader, the YX655H features a reinforced front-and-rear frame structure that boasts high strength and long service life. The transmission system components are equipped with a new type of combined anti-loosening washer, enhancing the reliability of the transmission system and making assembly and maintenance more convenient. The YX656H is a heavy-duty loader designed for demanding applications. Its key advantage lies in its extended wheelbase, which allows for a greater tipping load and significantly improves overall machine stability, while also delivering superior digging force from the boom. At the same time, the bucket structure has been optimized to enhance both strength and wear resistance; the wear resistance of the bucket walls and bottom has also been further improved. The front-axle tires come standard with 18-ply tires, making the machine even better suited for heavy-load conditions such as those found in mining operations.

　　Meanwhile, the YX655H is equipped with a load-sensing full-hydraulic steering system featuring dual-pump confluence and an enhanced equal-load relief function for the steering system, making it energy-efficient and highly effective. As for the YX656H, its structural components have undergone CAE-based optimization and design analysis, and have been subjected to rigorous testing lasting over 10,000 hours, ensuring their exceptional strength and durability.

　　At this exhibition, in addition to the on-site display of actual products, Ensign Heavy Industry will also showcase its loaders and the company itself through a variety of other innovative formats. A 3D-printed loader model, brought to life by cutting-edge magnetic levitation technology, will be presented in an uninterrupted, 360-degree free-rotation display, offering visitors an extraordinary visual experience and a unique technological encounter.

　　The “One-Flow Production” video provides a detailed, concrete depiction of the entire production process of Ensign loaders—from steel plates all the way to finished products. The video zooms in on every single production detail, down to the tightening of each individual screw, enabling visitors to gain a more comprehensive and thorough understanding of Ensign Heavy Industry’s advanced production techniques and equipment.
