Unite our hearts and pool our strengths, and forge ahead with determination—Agricultural Equipment Division’s 2022 Winter Team-Building Event

With the successful completion of production and sales activities prior to the transition to China IV emission standards, the agricultural machinery division’s production work has reached a brief pause. To relieve the intense work pressure from the previous period, enhance team cohesion, boost employee morale, and ensure that employees are in high spirits and highly productive as they prepare to fully engage in the mass production of China IV models, the Agricultural Machinery Division held a winter team-building event on December 9, 2022, themed “Unite Hearts, Press On With Determination.” A total of 132 leaders and employees from the Agricultural Machinery Division participated in this event.

Cui Jinyong, Assistant to the General Manager of the Agricultural Equipment Division, presided over this event and read out the event’s agenda and important notes for everyone.

Chen Mingge, General Manager of the Agricultural Equipment Division, delivered a mobilization speech before the event. In his address, General Manager Chen acknowledged everyone’s previous efforts and achievements, and extended his congratulations and gratitude for the collective success we’ve attained. Taking this opportunity, General Manager Chen encouraged everyone to continue upholding the Ensign spirit of “self-improvement and relentless pursuit of excellence,” actively participate in the event, and continue shining brightly in their respective positions in future work. At the same time, he wished everyone a relaxing and enjoyable experience during the event! With General Manager Chen’s command of “Let’s go!” the convoy slowly and orderly departed from the factory premises.

The event was held at the foot of Fangshan Mountain in Changle County. The activities were carefully designed with multiple projects that were both purposeful and well-structured, enabling employees to deeply appreciate the importance of teamwork and mutual trust. In the "Mountain Climbing Treasure Hunt," participants eagerly competed against each other yet supported one another, collectively reaching the summit to enjoy breathtaking views. During the "Happy Rhythm" activity, everyone worked hard to keep pace with the team's rhythm. In "Heart-to-Heart Connection," employees trusted each other and collaborated enthusiastically to complete their tasks. In the "Sit-and-Rise Challenge," the power of teamwork was vividly demonstrated. And in the "Cooperative Combat" exercise, the commander’s ability to provide clear guidance, the members’ efficient execution, and the team’s seamless coordination were put to the test. Led by the instructors, participants thoroughly enjoyed the entire event, sweating profusely, laughing continuously, and truly embodying Ensign Heavy Industry’s core values of “Integrity, Openness, Innovation, and Win-Win.” The event also fostered a wonderful and uplifting atmosphere. Between activities, leaders distributed warm and comforting milk tea to the employees, further bridging the gap and making them feel right at home.

This team-building activity not only enhanced the cohesion of the Agricultural Machinery Division but also boosted employees’ morale, filling them with enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility toward the company. The road ahead is long, but let’s give it our all! With an even more positive attitude, let’s shine and excel in our respective positions, contributing our strength to the growth and development of the Agricultural Machinery Division!
