Collaboration between universities and enterprises drives development; together, we nurture new talents—Teachers and students from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology visited ENSIGN Heavy Industry for an exchange visit.

To deepen cooperation between universities and enterprises and establish a precise platform for matching corporate talent with university students, on October 16, 2025, Yingxuan Heavy Industry welcomed a group of energetic visitors—the faculty and student delegation from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology. This visit was designed to enable the faculty and students to experience the company’s atmosphere firsthand, gain a deeper understanding of Yingxuan’s corporate culture and talent philosophy, and lay a solid foundation for their future career planning.
At the start of the event, the students first visited the corporate culture exhibition hall. From an introduction to the company’s development journey to a showcase of its distinctive cultural features, the unique and profound cultural essence of Yingxuan deeply captivated the students.
Afterward, the students entered the production workshop and witnessed firsthand the assembly process of a construction machine—from its individual components all the way to the complete machine, perfectly bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge from textbooks and practical industrial production.

After the workshop tour, there was a session dedicated to sharing the company’s corporate culture. The session provided a detailed overview of Yingxuan Heavy Industry’s core values, its vision for future development, and its commitment to social responsibility. This sharing not only deepened the students’ sense of identification with Yingxuan but also ignited their enthusiasm and aspirations for pursuing careers in manufacturing.

At the conclusion of the event, the Human Resources Department provided a detailed introduction to the “Sailing Plan,” our campus recruitment talent development program. As the company’s campus recruitment talent development initiative, the “Sailing Plan” offers college graduates who join us through campus recruitment a clear and structured career path, encompassing comprehensive support such as onboarding orientation, mentorship, rotational assignments, and ongoing growth coaching. This allowed the students in attendance to gain a clear understanding of the well-defined career development pathways available at Yingxuan.
This campus visit to Taiyuan University of Science and Technology concluded successfully amid a harmonious atmosphere of exchange. The event not only provided students from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology with a valuable opportunity to step into enterprises and broaden their horizons, but also further strengthened the cooperative bridge between Yingxuan Heavy Industry and universities.

The company has always firmly believed that talent is the primary resource for enterprise development. Looking ahead, the company will continue to adopt an open and collaborative attitude, working closely with more outstanding universities to jointly explore diversified talent-development models. In doing so, we aim to nurture and deliver to the industry and society an increasing number of high-quality, specialized talents, thereby achieving win-win development for schools, students, and enterprises!
