On December 23, the 2025 ENSIGN Agricultural Equipment Division Business Annual Meeting was grandly opened in Weifang, Shandong. Li Yanxuan, President of ENSIGN Group, Ji Longkun, Assistant to the President, Chen Minge, Deputy General Manager of ENSIGN and General Manager of the Agricultural Equipment Division, brought the agricultural equipment management team and leaders at all levels to participate in the event with representatives of dealers across the country. Chen Minge, general manager of the Agricultural Equipment Division of Envision Heavy Industry, made a keynote report, comprehensively reviewing the operation of each link of the business chain of Envision Agricultural Equipment in 2024, deeply analyzing the achievements and shortcomings of R&D, manufacturing, marketing and other work, and making a detailed judgment on the market in 2025. General Manager Chen emphasized that the focus of work needs to be closely aligned with the dynamic changes in the market situation and anchor the subsequent market action path. Follow the general trend, adapt to changes, and move forward. Cui Jinyong, general manager of the marketing company of the agricultural equipment division, made a 2025 marketing theme report. Based on detailed data, Cui analyzed the quality of marketing operations. At the same time, from the perspective of channel terminal business operations, he elaborated in detail how to build and improve dealers' business operation capabilities in the current market environment, and provided dealers with a comprehensive and systematic guidance plan from the aspects of accurate formulation of marketing strategies, optimization and upgrading of operation processes, and continuous improvement of service quality.
