On July 24, the new product launch event for Ensign Heavy Industry’s hybrid electric loaders—themed “Super Hybrid, Smartly Winning the Future”—was successfully held in Tangshan, Hebei Province. Li Yanxuan, President of Ensign Group; Yi Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager of Ensign Heavy Industry and General Manager of the Loader Business Division’s Marketing Company; Yan Yunqiao, Assistant to the General Manager of Ensign Heavy Industry and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Loader Business Division; and relevant leaders from various departments of the Marketing Company attended the event. At the meeting, Yan Yunqiao, Assistant to the General Manager and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Loader Division at Ensign Heavy Industry, provided a detailed introduction to the newly released new-energy models. The YX680HEV hybrid loader features green energy efficiency, high performance and reliability, as well as intelligent comfort, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications such as ports, mines, coal mines, and sand-and-gravel operations. The entire machine is equipped with a China IV high-efficiency integrated range extender and a large-capacity lithium iron phosphate power battery, enabling seamless operation on both fuel and electric power. It adopts the industry’s first high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering abundant power, rapid response, and a 17% increase in operational efficiency. By leveraging highly efficient electric transmission technology, energy utilization is improved by 30%, and combined with energy recovery technology, the overall fuel-saving rate reaches at least 35%.

The YX665EV all-electric loader is a 6-ton pure-electric model from Ensign Heavy Industry. It features green environmental protection, high efficiency and reliability, as well as intelligent comfort. It is ideally suited for applications in relatively fixed environments—such as concrete mixing plants and coal mines—where electricity tariffs are favorable. The entire machine can be optionally equipped with either a 350 kWh or a 423 kWh lithium iron phosphate power battery, meeting the diverse range of users’ endurance requirements. Adopting a classic and proven dual-motor architecture, this loader leverages the rapid response and high low-speed torque characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors, delivering powerful performance and enhanced efficiency. Equipped with dual-gun super-fast charging technology, intelligent temperature control technology, and energy recovery technology, the machine boasts even superior endurance performance.
