The 2024 Annual Summary and Recognition Ceremony, along with the 2025 Work Mobilization Conference of Ensign Group, was solemnly held.
On the morning of January 23, 2025, Ensign Group held a grand summary and commendation meeting for the year 2024, along with a mobilization conference for 2025, in the Staircase Auditorium on the second floor of the company. Li Yanxuan, President of Ensign Group and General Manager of Ensign Heavy Industry, as well as senior leaders from various business divisions and member companies, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Ji Longkun, Assistant to the Group President. More than 420 people participated in the meeting, including award-winning representatives, department heads and above, marketing and technical personnel, and employee representatives.
At the meeting, each business unit presented its work summary for 2024 and its work plan for 2025. The conference also read out the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for 2024" and awarded prizes to the representatives of the advanced collectives and individuals. Outstanding award recipients took to the stage to share their experiences and summarize their achievements.
Subsequently, Li Yanxuan, President of Ensign Group and General Manager of Ensign Heavy Industry, delivered an important speech. Mr. Li pointed out that in 2024, all of the Group’s core business segments overcame difficulties and achieved growth against the trend. The market share of our flagship products remained stable and continued to rise, while the international market experienced robust growth at high levels. Operational efficiency and effectiveness kept improving, and key business indicators showed steady improvement. As a result, the company successfully achieved its 2024 development goals and maintained a strong momentum for high-quality development.
General Manager Li emphasized that in 2025, all business units and departments of the Group should remain goal-oriented, with market demand at the core, and carry forward the corporate spirit of "self-reliance and relentless pursuit of excellence." They should focus their efforts on continuously building new strengths in research, production, supply, and sales; tapping into the potential of both domestic and international markets; and unleashing the full potential of our teams. To achieve breakthrough development across all Group businesses, we must simultaneously step up efforts in R&D innovation, intelligent manufacturing, marketing strategy, lean management, brand communication, talent development, and cultural construction, working in synergy to drive progress.
Meanwhile, to clarify objectives and tasks, strengthen accountability, ensure the smooth achievement of key annual goals, and better propel the company toward high-quality development, the conference concluded with a signing ceremony for the 2025 performance responsibility agreements. Li Yanxuan, President of Ensign Group and General Manager of Ensign Heavy Industry, signed the performance responsibility agreements on behalf of the company with the responsible officials in charge of each business division, further defining targets and breaking down responsibilities.
Finally, on behalf of Ensign Group, the president extended heartfelt New Year greetings to all employees and their families. After completing all the scheduled agenda items, the meeting came to a successful conclusion.
