In order to strengthen the capacity building of the management team of the division, summarize its own experience and shortcomings, cultivate the awareness of responsibility, communication, innovation and team cooperation, and build an excellent elite team of management cadres, the Agricultural Division planned and organized a two-day democratic life meeting for management cadres on January 15-16. General Manager of Agricultural Division Chen Mingexie, the management cadres in charge of the Division and above, and business managers of marketing companies, totaling 36 people, participated in the activity.

The activities of the democratic life meeting included three parts: expansion, meeting and group building. In the democratic life meeting session everyone speaks freely, courageously self-criticizes, boldly speaks their own ideas and expresses their opinions, breaking the barriers between the upper and lower levels and between departments. In the criticism and self-criticism, everyone recognized their shortcomings and deficiencies, and made clear the direction of improvement.

This democratic life meeting, through the activity project closely around the business reality, improved the team consciousness and goal consciousness of the division members, greatly enhanced the team cohesion, and mastered a series of scientific methods in team synergy, goal design and achievement, communication skills, etc. in the process of business development, which laid a solid foundation for achieving the overall goal, business progress and capacity enhancement.
